Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga combines traditional yoga practices with SUPs for a fun and unique outdoor experience.
Each class is appropriate for all skill levels and the session package includes the following:
o 4, two hour classes (8 hours total!)
o SUP rental with paddle and PFD (personal flotation device)
o Basic paddle instruction/techniques, plus free time to practice
o 60 min yoga class
What to expect:
Each class begins with a grounding warm up on land and then paddle 101/safety instruction before we launch. It's a short paddle through the beautiful mangroves to our location where we will begin our floating yoga practice. Every flow is thoughtfully sequenced with the freedom to apply modifications so you feel comfortable practicing on your board. Our practices are rooted in Pranayama (breath work), restorative asanas (postures) and meditation. With our natural soundtrack and backdrop, get ready for the most peaceful Svansana you've ever experienced!
What to wear:
Comfortable work out clothes or swimwear that you are able to move in and don't mind getting wet. Clothing that will prevent sunburn and water shoes are highly recommended.

o Bug Spray
o Towel (optional)
