Join us for a 75-minute yoga workshop designed for those new to yoga. This class introduces foundational yoga postures with an emphasis on proper alignment and useful adjustments that you can take into any yoga class.
$20 per person, you MUST preregister. Space is limited to 10 students for safety.
Please bring your own mat and blanket or towel, as well as blocks (2) and a strap if you have them. Props will not be available in-studio.
Beth been teaching yoga for 8 years. She is certified in Hatha and Aerial Yoga. Sharing yoga brings her so much joy and she loves to watch people grow in their practice.She is also a massage therapist. Beth believes health is a complete mind and body experience.
